Head down to The Great Aussie BBQ at Hickson Road Reserve, one of the most picturesque Sydney Harbour spots, where multicultural foodies will show off their interpretation of the ‘best sausage sanga’ alongside the ‘classic’ version for a small donation.

Surf Life Saving NSW will be on deck, serving up the timeless sausage sandwich. Lambda Sydney will present a Greek gyros-style sandwich, Mr & Mrs Pho will craft an authentic Vietnamese rendition, and the team from Turbans 4 Australia will be offering a Tandoori-inspired vegan option.

Your appetite isn't the only thing to be satisfied, with barbecue proceeds going to the legends at Rural Aid, you'll be supporting our farmers and contributing to a great cause.

The Great Aussie BBQ will not only showcase some of our local farmers who produce the best products in the world, but is sure to provide a top-notch barbecue experience guaranteed to satisfy any food enthusiast whilst celebrating the diverse community that makes up Australia.
