Australia Day celebrations in Berrigan kick off with an official presentation to recognise community members for their efforts in 2020 for the categories of:
- Citizen of the Year
- Young Citizen of the Year
- Sportsperson / Sports Team of the Year
- Community Organisation of the Year
This year we pay respect to our local frontline workers and the challenges they have faced through the COVID-19 pandemic.
All members of the Berrigan Shire Communities and friends and families are welcome to attend.
Our event will be live streamed through out Facebook page.
There will be COVID safety measure in place with QR sign in and social distancing practices.
This event is delivered by Berrigan Shire Council.
