The Snowy Valleys Australia Day ceremony will be held at Stockwell Gardens, Tumut on 26 January from 8am.
Breakfast from 8am (bacon and egg rolls, coffee van)
Official ceremony from 9am including Australia Day address from Australia Day Ambassador, and presentation of the Snowy Valleys’ Australia Day Awards.
Individual town events
Individual town events are run by local communities with support from SVC
Adelong: Morning tea and light refreshments at the S & C Club, Tumut St, Adelong from 10.30am.
Batlow: Breakfast in the Park, entertainment and local awards ceremony, Memorial Park, Memorial Avenue, Batlow from 8am.
Talbingo: free BBQ at 5pm, local awards ceremony from 6pm at Miles Franklin Park
Tumbarumba: Rotary BBQ, entertainment and local awards ceremony, Tumbarumba Creekscape from 11am
